HDFC Life: A ₹942 Crore GST Notice Just Grew Into a ₹3,365 Crore Confirmed Demand
The Commissioner (Appeals) has confirmed a ₹3,365 crore GST demand and penalty against HDFC Life -- ₹942.18 crore tax, ₹2,422.97 crore penalty -- arising from a sector-wide DGGI probe into insurer input tax credit claims.
