ITAT Makes E-Filing Compulsory for Every Appeal, Effective 1 October 2026
ITAT's Practice Note F.31-AT/Gen.Adm./Central/Delhi/2025-26 makes e-filing compulsory from 1 October 2026 for every Memorandum of Appeal, Cross Objection, Stay Application and Miscellaneous Application -- a physically-filed appeal will simply not be registered.
